Hardcover book printing process
A process of making hardcover books with a single machine and by hand. The process is divided into three lines, namely book block, book cover and sleeve.
Book block processing flow: start of semi-finished printed sheet → bumping → cutting → gluing and sleeve pages → gluing ring lining → collating → threading → semi-finished product inspection → flattening → stacking and flattening → cutting book → binding book → applying adhesive~ → Dry the book → cut the book → apply adhesive → round off → spine → apply adhesive → wet → stick bookmark ribbon → stick plug cloth → apply adhesive → stick book back cloth → stick book back paper → apply adhesive → stick Cone paper.
Book seal processing process: Calculate the size of each material of the book shell → open material → apply adhesive → shell assembly → shell plug corner → flattening → natural drying → hot stamping.
Sleeve processing flow: apply middle seam adhesive → cover the shell → press groove → sweep lining → flatten and set the shape → natural drying → finished product inspection → wrap and seal → label on the package.
